The Annual General Meeting of the Friends of Burnham-on-Sea War Memorial Hospital will be held at 7pm on Monday 2 June 2025 at the Burnham & Berrow Golf Club, St Christophers Way, Burnham on Sea TA8 2PE

* Nominations for new members of the Committee must be with the Chair (Ceri Joyce email: ceri160443 @sky.com) by 12.00 noon on Tuesday 27 May 2025. New Committee members are always welcome – please speak to Ceri or Eileen if you would like more information as to what committee membership entails.
Officers will be elected at the first formal meeting of the new committee to be held immediately after this meeting

All Reports must be lodged with the Secretary/Chair by 12.00 noon on Monday 26 May 2025
The reports and Minutes from last year's AGM can be requested from the Secretary or Chair by all attendees after that date.
During the meeting Reports will be taken as read and only questions relating to the reports will be taken.
