Dear Friends of Burnham Hospital,
Helen the 'activity co-ordinator' organised a D-Day afternoon tea and sing along at the hospital for the patients. Brian Foakes attended to play the piano and supplied the song sheets for the patients, Bernard and Mary Spilsbury two of our volunteers helped with the singing along with Wendy Westwood from the Friends committee. The patients really enjoyed themselves singing songs from the era followed by afternoon tea.
